César arrived in Vancouver as a migrant, carrying not only a suitcase, but also a heart full of dreams and a passion for sharing the culinary wealth of his homeland, Guadalajara. At first, adapting to a new city, language and culture was a huge challenge, but also an opportunity to transform his passion into a bridge between two worlds.
